Luxurious & Fabulous
This was a luxurious apartment in a fabulous location. Everything about it was perfect, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, stunning bathrooms. Lovely welcoming gestures. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to return.

Superb Apartment
Superb apartment. Helpful owner, first class facilities, excellent location in the centre of Buxton, all appropriate measures regarding Covid in place. Would recommend without hesitation and hope to return. Note: the directions for finding the property are clear and you do need to follow them as the entrance lane is very tucked away and quite narrow.

Absolutely Stunning!
We stayed in Apartment 2. Absolutely stunning. Everything felt so luxurious. Spotlessly clean and really Covid safe. The owner was lovely and left a pint of milk and a gorgeous cake. The area is amazing. We will definitely be back as lots more to explore.

Perfect Location
This is a perfect location for exploring the Peak district also with such a range of places to eat on the doorstep we couldn't recommend any higher. The apartment is extremely well appointed so whether it's a short break or longer everything is catered for and considering the current situation we didn't feel at all at risk, the apartment was spotless. A big thank you to the owners Mike and Max who were also very helpful and accommodating.

Highly Recommend!
I would highly recommend this lovely apartment. Finished to a high standard, very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Great location right in the centre of Buxton, close to the beautiful Regency spa buildings, crescent and Opera House, plus lots of restaurants, cafes and bars right on the doorstep. Maxine and Mike were perfect hosts and have certainly gone the extra mile to reassure guests that all Covid 'safer stay' principles are in place.

Really Friendly
Fabulous apartment, top quality fixtures and fittings, very comfortable beds, quality towels and bedding. Very clean and comfortable. The owners Mike and Max were really friendly and helpful, loved the welcome cake and milk, thank you. Great location and lovely little outside seating area, a real bonus, top marks!

Excellent!
An excellently appointed apartment within many walk-to, in some cases across the road, restaurants and other places to eat. Immaculate decoration with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities; presented lovely with flowers in a vase, cake, and milk to welcome you.
We had excellent weather so were out most of the time but...the place was cosy and comfortable to sit in with papers and hide from a rubbish day.

Such Luxury!
Thank you so much for everything you and Mike did to make our stay at The Old Post Office so comfortable and enjoyable. We have been coming to Buxton for over 25 years but have never stayed in such luxury - everything and more that we needed, comfy beds and sofas and fabulous views of Buxton from the windows of the lounge. Your welcome was lovely both in person and with the flowers and little gifts in Apartment 1.
We have booked again for next year. Thank you again for everything and we look forward to returning in 2022 and perhaps enjoying the garden on this occasion.

'We stayed at The Old Post Office for a long weekend in June 2021 and it was fabulous. We have stayed in many properties in the UK and abroad over 30 years but this is the best. The quality of fittings, furniture and decoration indicates a high quality refurbishment and we will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Beautifully furnished and equipped apartment very close to the centre of Buxton. Great care taken over Covid precautions. Lovely to have both bath and shower. Great choice of seating in living space. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need to have a great getaway. Everything from the cleanliness to the great hospitality from Max and Mike who were very welcoming when we arrived. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning as the location offers so much convenience if you want to visit the beauties of Peak District.

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our weekend in your apartment. We have been coming to Buxton for over 20 years and your accommodation is by far the nicest we have stayed in. It is finished to such a high standard and we appreciated that you have provided such a well equipped kitchen. The apartment was spotless too, so we felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in.

Great Apartment
This is a great apartment in a fab location. Restaurants and shops are all within easy reach.
The owners Max and Mike are lovely and were on hand to help with a few questions and provided us with recommendations for places to eat. The apartment itself was very clean, well equipped and spacious.
